Our SENCO service covers all aspects of support in school to enable children to thrive – Supporting staff and leading on SEN to provide appropriate systems, policy, training and process.
For all Senco services please get in touch to discuss;
- Supporting head teachers, Senior leadership Team (SLT) and class teachers in managing challenging behaviour and ensuring clear Student Support Plans are in place in order to track progress.
- Supporting and assisting to lead SEN departments reviewing the school’s EHCP process, interventions, provision mapping and adherence to the Code of Practice.
- Supporting and leading SEN departments in their systems and policy, coaching staff, setting targets to improve teacher understanding of SEN students and how to identify need and differentiate in the classroom effectively in order to ensure optimum progress
2 days – 1 day in school observing behaviour, analysing policy and practice followed by 1 day comprising a full write up with recommendations and presentation to Head and SLT.
SEND reviews with full audit of adherence to Code of Practice
2 days – 1 day in school analysing SEN policy and practice followed by I day full write up with recommendations and presentation to Head and SENCO
2 days – 1 day in school analysing Pupil Premium policy and practice ensuring impact and value for money, followed by 1 day of full write up with recommendations and presentation to Head and Senior Leadership team.
Bespoke sessions, tailored to your needs as a school, on topics such as “Adherence to the Code of Practice”, “The EHCP process and procedures”, “Assess Plan Do Review processes” and “Managing Challenging behaviour”.
